Gallery Management

Guide on how to view and manage generated content.

The gallery is located at the bottom of Content Studio, providing a space to view all generated images and videos at a glance.

Main Features:

  • Real-time generation status check
  • Thumbnail preview
  • Download
  • Regenerate
  • Delete (individual/batch)

Generation Status Check​

Status Display​

Each content displays current status with colors:

Generation Time​

Typical generation times:

  • Image (Custom/Preset): 30 seconds~2 minutes
  • Image (Auto Generate): Varies by number (30 seconds~2 minutes per image)
  • 3D Video: 2~5 minutes
  • Extend Image to Video: 3~7 minutes

Tips:

  • Can continue other work during generation
  • Multiple simultaneous generations are processed sequentially
  • Gallery automatically updates upon completion

Preview​

Image Preview​

  1. Click image thumbnail in gallery
  2. Preview modal opens
  3. View image on large screen

Modal Features:

  • Zoom Image: View image enlarged
  • Download: Download high-resolution original file
  • Extend to Video: Convert image to video
  • Delete: Delete image
  • Close: Close modal

Video Preview​

  1. Click video thumbnail in gallery
  2. Preview modal opens
  3. Video plays automatically

Modal Features:

  • Auto-play: Automatically plays when modal opens
  • Loop: Video loops continuously
  • Pause/Play: Control by clicking
  • Download: Download high-resolution original file
  • Delete: Delete video
  • Close: Close modal

Download​

Individual Download​

  1. Click content you want to download to open preview modal
  2. Click Download button
  3. High-resolution original file is saved to computer

File Format:

  • Image: PNG or JPG
  • Video: MP4

File Name:

  • Saved with automatically generated unique name
  • Rename file as needed for use

Quick Download​

Can download without opening preview modal:

  1. Hover mouse over thumbnail in gallery
  2. Click download icon
  3. File downloads immediately

Regenerate​

Can regenerate when wanting different result with same settings, or when generation failed.

Regeneration Method​

  1. Click Retry icon of content you want to regenerate
  2. Confirm EVO coin deduction notice
  3. Click confirm button to start regeneration

Cost:

  • Same coins as original generation cost deducted for regeneration
  • Example: Custom image regeneration = 20 EVO

Using Regeneration:

  • AI generation can produce different results even with same settings
  • Regenerate multiple times to select optimal result
  • Can retry with retry button when generation fails

Delete​

Can delete unnecessary content to organize gallery.

Individual Delete​

  1. Click Delete icon of content you want to delete
  2. Click Confirm in confirmation window
  3. Content is immediately deleted

Caution:

  • Deleted content cannot be recovered
  • Always download content before deleting if not already downloaded

Batch Delete​

Can delete multiple content at once:

  1. Click Select button at top of gallery
  2. Check content to delete
  3. Click Delete Selected button
  4. Click Confirm in confirmation window
  5. All selected content deleted at once

Tips:

  • Useful for organizing failed generation items at once
  • Use to clean up old test content

Select/Deselect All​

  • Select All: Click checkbox at top to select all items
  • Deselect All: Click again to deselect all

Filter by Type​

Can filter content types at top of gallery:

  • All: Display all content
  • Images: Display only images
  • Videos: Display only videos

Filter by Status​

Can filter by generation status:

  • All: Display all statuses
  • Complete: Display only completed content
  • Processing: Display only content being generated
  • Failed: Display only failed content

Sorting​

  • Latest First: Recently generated content displayed first (default)
  • Oldest First: Older content displayed first

Efficient Management​

Regular Cleanup:

  • Regularly delete test-generated content
  • Downloaded content can be deleted from gallery
  • Organize failed items with batch delete

Download Strategy:

  • Download content you like immediately
  • Download after selecting optimal result from multiple versions
  • Download content that may be needed later in advance

Using Regeneration:

  • Try regeneration if not satisfied with first result
  • AI generation can produce different results each time
  • Regenerate 2~3 times to find optimal result

Managing Generation History​

Organize by Project:

  • Download all content at once after generating for specific project
  • Clean gallery after download to prepare for next project

Backup:

  • Always download and backup important content locally
  • Consider gallery as temporary storage

Handling Generation Failures​

Failure Causes​

Common causes of generation failure:

  • Temporary server error
  • Network connection issues
  • Input data errors
  • Insufficient coins

Solutions​

  1. Click Retry Button

    • Most cases resolved with retry
    • Temporary errors succeed on retry

  2. Check Settings

    • Verify prompt is not too long
    • Confirm reference images are in correct format
    • Check sufficient coin balance

Frequently Asked Questions​

Q: Is there a limit on number of content that can be stored in gallery?

A: Currently no limit. However, regular cleanup is recommended.

Q: Can deleted content be recovered?

A: No, deleted content cannot be recovered. Always download before deleting.

Q: Can I view other products' galleries?

A: Each product has separate gallery. Switching products shows that product's gallery.

Q: How long is gallery content stored?

A: Stored indefinitely unless user deletes. Backup important content locally.

Q: Can multiple content be downloaded at once?

A: Currently only individual download available. Batch download feature planned for future addition.
